Adam Davis

Adam Davis – President, Next Dimension Inc.

Adam Davis is the President and CEO of Next Dimension Inc.; one of the largest privately owned IT Services Company in Southwestern Ontario. In this role, Adam is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the business which includes managing its operations in Windsor, London and Detroit. Adam has a comprehensive systems design and implementation background which includes a number of industry specific certifications. Throughout his career Adam has a demonstrated a natural spirit of entrepreneurialism and an instinctive head for business. Adam has also gained a vast amount of insight and functional experience in finance and business through various startup companies that he help establish. Recognizing the importance of giving back to the community, Adam actively supports a number of local not for profit organizations. He currently sits on the board at the Windsor Essex Chamber of Commerce; and is past chair of the Chambers Business Excellence Awards which recognizes local businesses and their achievements.

Adam is also a founding member of the Softech Alliance Network Board of Directors.

In addition to these locally focused activities, Adam is also a member of the Cisco Small Business Communications Advisory Council for North America, the IBM North American Advisory Council as well as a member of the Venture Tech Network, and HTG Peer Groups – both peer groups promote he collaboration of IT companies across Canada.


Frank Abbruzzese – President at AlphaKOR Group

Frank Abbruzzese has over 27 years experience in the IT Industry by developing long-term relationships for companies and organizations of all sizes. He provides strategic planning for their IT growth, disaster data recovery plans, web development, web marketing, custom software and overall network/data security.

Specialties: Team of technical expertise in all facets of IT hardware, support, web development and custom software development.



Sabrina DeMarco – Executive Director, WindsorEssex Small Business Centre

Sabrina DeMarco has worked in the field of business and community economic development for over ten years. During this time Sabrina has held several progressively responsive roles relating to small business and entrepreneurship development. She is presently the Director of Small Business and Entrepreneurship Development at the WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation and is primarily responsible for managing the WindsorEssex Small Business Enterprise Centre in partnership with the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.

Sabrina has worked with hundreds of small business entrepreneurs across the Windsor-Essex Region and has extensive experience delivering a variety of programs and services. The WindsorEssex Small Business Enterprise Centre provides information resources, consultations, business plan support, research assistance, access to professionals, youth entrepreneurship opportunities and seminars.


Nicole Anderson – Program Director, EPICentre Instructor, Odette School of Business

Nicole graduated with her Honours in Business Administration from Brock University and continued her education at Ryerson University. There, she obtained her MBA and worked in the Provost office to aid in the development of its Digital Media Zone. In 2010, she moved back to Windsor, Ontario and continued her work in her family’s engineering firm as Marketing and Human Resources Manager. Nicole has taught at Western University and Fanshawe College on the topics of HR and Marketing, and recently completed her term as a Board Member for the Windsor Essex Economic Development Corporation. Currently, Nicole oversees the activities, programs and events for EPICentre and teaches at the Odette School of Business.


Brent McPhail – Founder and President, Brave Control Solutions

Brent McPhail is the Founder and President of Brave Control Solutions, a control systems integration and solution company that helps clients improve productivity, safety and efficiency with the use of automation technology and software. After a number of years in the industry and driven by the desire to deliver a different experience for customers and employees, Brent founded Brave in 2008 in the midst of the recession. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to his values has led Brave to consistently rank on PROFIT 500’s list of the fastest growing companies in Canada.

Brent is deeply passionate about all things technology and is an avid supporter of promoting STEM education in the Windsor community. Brave is a proud supporter of the University of Windsor Co-Operative Education programs, Windsor-Essex FIRST Robotics, and MasseyHACKS.


Aaron Marcotte – Partner, Bartlet & Richardes Law

Mr. Marcotte has practised with the Bartlet & Richardes Law firm since his call to the bar in 1999. Aaron was admitted into partnership January 1, 2007.  He stood first and was awarded the Board of Governors Medal in his second year at the University of Windsor and also ranked first among 1997 graduates of the LL.B/J.D. program at the University of Detroit Mercy.  He earned his M.B.A. degree from the University of Windsor in 1994.

Aaron practices Business Law and represents clients with respect to incorporations, financing transactions, business purchase and sales and various business agreement negotiations.  Aaron also practices Real Estate Law and represents clients on commercial leasing matters as well as commercial and residential real estate purchase and sale transactions.



Tom Krizanovic – Deloitte LLP

Tom Krizanovic is a senior in the Assurance & Advisory practice at Deloitte LLP, one of the largest global professional services network providing audit, tax, consulting, enterprise risk, and financial advisory services. Tom’s experience extends to clients in the construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, non-profit, financial services and technology space. Tom holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor, with a minor in Applied Information Technology. He is currently pursuing his CPA, CA designation.

Larry Koscielski  – Vice President of Process & Technology Development, Centerline (Windsor) Ltd.

Throughout my career I have been blessed with incredible mentors who have helped me become who I am today. At CenterLine, I am encouraged and enabled to apply my technical and leadership skills to help create new products and practices for our industry. It truly is an entrepreneurial environment. I also get to work with an exceptional team of people spending most of my time in technology development.

As a senior manager, my focus is to help others realize their own career goals by helping to remove barriers, real or perceived, I strive to inspire them to reach higher than they ever thought possible.

Through our work with FIRST Robotics and similar programs, my wife, Sheri, and I help young people discover their passion for science, technology, engineering and entrepreneurship. FIRST has been a major influence on our four children’s lives’ and is now a big part of what our family does to give back. FIRST builds confidence, reinforces teamwork and rekindles their natural curiosity of how things work. It keeps them asking why, how and why not – these are the kind of young people we want to trust our future with.


Rose Mousaly – Chair, School of Business and Information Technology at St. Clair College

Rose M. Mousaly has joined St. Clair College as the Chair of the School of Business and Information Technology. Ms. Mousaly is a graduate of the University of Windsor, with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor and Master of Education degrees.
She has a wealth of experience in the education sector, business and information technology. She served with the area’s Catholic District School Board for 32 years, and has held many key roles, such as Chief Information Officer, Principal of the Elearning Campus, Principal, Consultant and teacher.Rose’s professional memberships have included the: Ontario Association of Business Officials: Information Technology (OASBO IT), Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) and Educational Computing Network of Ontario (ECNO). She has sat on the Board of Directors of the: Ontario Elearning Consortium, Regional Computer Advisory Council and the Windsor-Essex Development Network (WedNET). As CIO, Rose lead her team to two finalist Canadian Innovation Productivity Finalist Awards for their Help Desk implementation as well as being recognized by The Learning Partnership for Bridging the Digital Divide.Rose understands the importance of the partnership between educational institutions and business units to identify, develop and implement technological opportunities to improve efficiencies and advance student learning.

Paolo Piunno –  Project Manager, CS Wind Inc.

Paolo Piunno is currently Project Manager at CS Wind Canada, which manufactures towers for wind energy converters in the North American wind power market. Prior to this role at CS Wind, Paolo was President and CEO of Daedas Inc., a start-up local to the Windsor-Essex region, which developed web-based tools and applications to assist people and companies manage energy usage. Paolo is a graduate of Civil Engineering with a Masters of Applied Science from University of Windsor with a focus in Knowledge Based Development for Industrial Energy Management Systems. Paolo has broad experience as a client of various start-up incubators and accelerators including WE-Tech Alliance.

As a young entrepreneur and business professional, Paolo enjoys sharing personal experiences with the objective of increasing opportunities for entrepreneurs in Windsor-Essex. As a lifetime Windsorite, his desire is to connect Windsor with global markets to cultivate new business opportunities.


Justine Kilby – Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, Ceridian

Justine Kilby has spent her career growing and advising Canadian technology companies. She is currently Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Ceridian, a global human capital management technology company.  Justine joined Ceridian through its acquisition of Canadian tech start-up Dayforce, in 2012. Prior to Dayforce, she worked as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman where she lead growth strategy projects for Fortune 1,000 companies. Justine has a degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, specializing in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.

Justine is passionate about technology, community, and entrepreneurship.  She currently chairs the board of directors of the Ceridian Cares charity and sits on the board of Entegrus Powerlines. She is also a founding member of #MovetheDial, a movement dedicated to increasing female participation and leadership in tech. Justine and her husband Eric moved to Windsor in 2015 and are proud parents to two beautiful children, Jack and Grace.



Saverio Rinaldi – VP of Client Services, Next Dimension Inc.

Saverio is responsible and accountable for the delivery of services to Next Dimension’s clients. Saverio has experience in the information technology (IT) industry with a unique mix of technical, management, and business skills. He has a strong emphasis on technical leadership, technical consulting, architecture, project management, and business management; and has strong interpersonal communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of success with large and small companies.  Saverio is a leader and visionary with strong inspirational and people development skills.  He has a proven ability to build relationships will all levels of clients and colleagues.   He is a pioneer in innovation and a catalyst for shaping opportunities to leverage IT in an innovative business.

Saverio is a Distinguished IT Architect certified by The Open Group and formerly an HPE Distinguished Technologist.   Saverio has been responsible and accountable for HPE client technology strategies, roadmaps, and transformation plans for the benefit of the client’s innovation and strategic growth.

Saverio Rinaldi is a founding member of the Softech Alliance the predecessor to the WEtech Alliance.   Saverio has been active with Softech and WEtech since 2007.  Saverio’s vision for the WEtech Alliance is to grow the Technology Sector in the Windsor-Essex region by improving the entrepreneurial spirit of Windsor, collectively growing and expanding existing technology companies and attracting companies, through partnership and collaboration with educational institutions, government, technology companies, growing the talent and expertise of our youth in Windsor-Essex and of course delivering value to the members of the WEtech Alliance.

Saverio was raised in Windsor and lives in South Windsor with his wife and cat.  Saverio has two children, a son working as a Graphic Designer in Montreal, and a daughter at the University of Western Ontario completing her PhD of Nutrition.
