Windsor Regional Science, Technology, and Engineering Fair (WRSTEF)

The Windsor Regional Science, Technology, and Engineering Fair (WRSTEF) has been occurring since 1963 and is a 100% volunteer-run charitable organization whose purpose is to plan and host the Windsor Regional Science, Technology, and Engineering Fair each spring. The event  attracts approximately 300 projects from students in grades 4-12 from all schools in the region. In 2026, we will once again be hosting an in-person fair at the University of Windsor, Centre for Engineering Innovation (CEI).

The fair will be held on Saturday March 28 2026, with the Award Ceremonies occurring on Sunday March 29 2026, also at the University of Windsor, CEI. All projects must be registered, with ethics approval (if necessary), safety forms, and abstract by March 13, 2026.

They’re seeking adults to help with event support and judging. Those interested should apply at the link.
