Description
This is a remote role for someone who wants to own our outbound engine from day one. You will identify high-value prospects, run targeted outreach sequences, qualify leads, and hand off warm opportunities to our senior consulting team. There is no hand-holding here, you will be trusted to operate independently and measured on results.
What success looks like in 90 days:
* A clean, validated prospect list of 200+ qualified leads in our target verticals
* At least 2-3 discovery calls booked per week for senior leads
* A tested outreach sequence with documented open and reply rate benchmarks
* Full ownership of the CRM pipeline with no gaps or stale records
Nice to Have
* Prior experience with outreach tools such as Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar platforms
* Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and SaaS or professional services environments
* Experience selling or marketing to technical stakeholders in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution

Tech-Fluent: You do not need to code, but you must speak credibly about cloud migration, technical debt, SaaS, and API integration in a conversation with a CTO.
Persuasive Writer: You write short, punchy, direct copy that earns attention in a crowded inbox. No fluff, no generic templates.
Systems Thinker: You are comfortable working inside CRM and outreach tools, building workflow automations, managing filters, and troubleshooting deliverability issues.
Accountable and Self-Directed: You set your own daily targets, track your own numbers, and do not need daily check-ins to stay on track in a remote environment.
Resilient: You understand that cold outreach means consistent rejection and you use that data to improve your approach rather than slow down.
Organized: You maintain clean records, follow up without missing a beat, and keep the pipeline current without being asked.

Responsibilities
Pipeline Ownership: Build and maintain our outbound lead generation pipeline from sourcing through qualification, treating it as your own business function with clear weekly targets.
Targeted Outreach: Manage automated and manual email and LinkedIn sequences targeting CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product Leads at companies with 50-500 employees.
Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery outreach to filter for budget, need, and technical fit before booking meetings for senior consulting leads.
Data Hygiene: Source and validate high-quality prospect data to keep the pipeline running on accurate, current, and relevant contacts.
System Optimization: Help configure and refine our outreach platform to improve deliverability, response rates, and sequence timing.
A/B Testing: Continuously test subject lines, messaging hooks, and follow-up cadence to find what resonates with technical buyers and document what works.
Reporting: Provide a weekly activity summary covering outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline movement so the team stays aligned.
