The Software Developer is responsible for the design and development of new web and standalone applications.

This position requires strong knowledge of ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET, PHP, CSS, and HTML.

• Maintain existing in-house VB 6, VB.NET/C#, ASP/ASP.net, PHP/Laravel applications
• Experience developing WordPress themes and plugins is an asset
• Develop new applications using .NET Framework and other technologies
• Develop within an MS SQL Server environment
• Maintain well documented source code
• Keep up to date with .NET, WordPress Development and technologies related to client-side development

• Minimum of 3 years of professional VB.NET/C# experience
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience with VB.NET/C#
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience with HTML, XML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and MS SQL Server
• Experience with WCF, REST, JSON, Web Services
• Experience developing applications with good UI/UX
• Experience with relational database design, implementation, and maintenance with SQL Server in a production environment
• Experience building enterprise applications an asset
• Experience with mobile development on any platform an asset
• Proficient in the English language with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

College Diploma or University Degree
