NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, FOLLOWED BY LUNCH AND KEYNOTE SPEAKER, TONI GRAVELLE, DEPUTY GOVERNOR, THE BANK OF CANADA

At 12 noon, Chamber voting members are welcome to attend the Annual General Business Meeting business ONLY at no charge. Please contact akaur@windsoressexchamber.org to register.

Please join the Chamber Board of Directors and Staff as we celebrate 147 years of serving Windsor and Essex County as the voice of business.

This year following the formal AGM business, there will be a keynote address from Toni Gravelle, Deputy Governer, The Bank of Canada

The Annual General Business Meeting will include:

• Adoption of the Minutes of the 146th Annual General Meeting
• Report of the Chair of the Board (2022-2023) – Nancy Jammu-Taylor
• Approval of Auditor’s Report for Fiscal Period Ending June 30, 2023
• Appointment of the Auditors for the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year
