Advanced Manufacturing Export Business Mission to Automate 2024

The Government of Ontario is organizing an export business mission to Automate 2024 in Chicago, Illinois. This mission will allow participants to exhibit at the largest event in the United States focused on industrial automation and the robotics industry. The exhibition and conference comprise the automation, robotics, machine vision, motion control, AI, smart automation and other subsectors. The event is expected to attract over 30,000 attendees. Key exhibitors and sponsors will include ABB, Fanuc, Schneider, Siemens, AMD, Atlas Copco, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and 3M.

As the Industrial 4.0 revolution continues to change manufacturing worldwide, the US market for robotics was estimated to have grown to US$ 7.7 billion in 2023. The market, which includes verticals in the automotive, chemical, electric/electronic, food and metals industries is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 3.86% for the 2023-2028 period, resulting in a market volume of US$9.33 billion by 2025.

The mission program will include:

• Pre-event briefing on the market and sector opportunities
• A choice of kiosk or furnished “mini-booth” (approx 10ft x 7 ft) space in the Ontario Pavilion at the Automate Exhibition
• Up to three exhibitor passes
• 1:1 export advice and consultation
