Black Boys Code Technology Summer Camp (4 week virtual program)

Summer technology camp for Black boys ages 8-12, allowing them to explore the world of computer science  & coding. Mon. July 19-Fri. Aug. 13

Do you have a son between 8-12 that identifies as Black and has an interest in exploring the world of computer science and coding?   Come join us July 19, 2021, for our first-every Technology Summer Camp program. Our  virtual 4-week program will be jam-packed with fun and challenging technical activities.

Attendees will learn:

• How to build a website from scratch
• The development process of creating an app
• Introduction to Python and Scratch, widely used programming languages in the tech industry
• And so much more!

The Learning Math Through Code summer camp program will empower participants to build their confidence and problem solving skills, all while gaining a deeper level of digital literacy! Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to begin with math to progress to coding. Students often find it difficult to grasp abstract mathematical concepts. This camp will help your boys turn these abstract concepts into tangible products through coding. Sign up today space is limited!
