It’s no secret that Black women are underrepresented in tech. They face biased hiring processes, limited connections, and other barriers to entry. When Black women do land a job in the industry, they earn lower salaries, their contributions are rarely acknowledged and celebrated, and their growth is often stifled. Not having Black women at the tech table is a dis-service to the industry because they possess a unique lens that no one else can provide. If the tech industry is looking for a source of ground-breaking innovation, then it needs to look no further than Black women!
