Can I Trademark This?

This workshop will give attendees a general walk through of the elements of required for trademarking. Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship Clinic (LTEC) students will use a hypothetical examples to help walk attendees through a general demonstration of how to conduct a very basic trademark search.
Attendees will also be provided with takeaway literature which will include a basic step-by-step guide on how to conduct a trademark analysis (along with some fun illustrations).
