Change Management Strategies: How to Protect Your Business in a Changing Economy

Owning a business means that factors outside of your control can influence your day-to-day operations. During those times it’s important to think strategically about how to manage during the transition and more importantly how to thrive in the future!
This workshop will highlight the resources and options available to assist business owners during times of transition. The WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation with the expertise of the Small Business Centre invites businesses to attend this free workshop that offers presentations designed to provide you with the tools you need to continue to be successful in the years to come.
Who Should Attend?
These sessions are tailored to small business owners or managers whose company may be impacted by the impending Heinz closure in Leamington. The day will consist of a series of four (4) workshops addressing the common challenges facing small business owners: Financing options during times of transition, business planning, web presence and e-commerce solutions, and increasing sales including expanding to new markets.
