What To Expect
The forums will provide a legislative update on the progress that the province is making in implementing the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and making Ontario accessible. You will also have an opportunity to network with your peers and colleagues.
Jim Kyte, a former National Hockey League player with a profound hearing disability, will be the keynote speaker. He is a noted motivational speaker and Dean of the School of Hospitality and Tourism at Algonquin College. Other accessibility champions will also share success stories and personal perspectives of accessibility.
