About this Event

The Ontario Tourism Innovation Lab has partnered with WEtech Alliance to help support hard-hit tourism businesses in the province.

The Digital Shift Program includes monthly virtual workshops designed to give tourism businesses the tangible tools they need to develop their own sustainable digital strategy.

Each 1-hour workshop will include a Zoom-side chat with a “Shift Expert”, plus an overview of tangible tools and templates for take-away learning.

Leveraging the incredible depth of expertise found within the Ontario Tourism Innovation Lab network, each workshop will feature a conversation with Ontario “Shift Experts” who have made digital pivots to their own business or organization, and can share the tangible learnings and potential pitfalls of finding new ways to deliver value online.

This session will feature a conversation with Shift Experts from Indigenous Tourism Ontario and ORIGIN on their innovative partnership and developing Indigenous tourism experiences in Virtual Reality (VR).
