Join us for Windsor’s first DisruptHR – an information exchange designed to energize, inform and empower people in the HR field, presented in partnership with The Job Shoppe.

DisruptHR Windsor 1.0 takes the brilliance of TED Talks, adds in a pinch of energy, pours in a big scoop of talent for an experience that will blow your mind on topics relevant to the human experience in the workplace!

Professionals will come together at the Urban Field House on November 1st for an evening of inspiring speakers and networking.

• Discover innovative approaches to how companies are disrupting current practices and adding value to the Windsor’s HR community
• Network with forward-thinking HR and Tech people – we want to ensure we network and build connections

So get ready for a whirlwind of ideas, insights, and inspiration. We want you to be a part of this experience too! Our audience is encouraged to interact – clap, cheer, laugh, cry, tweet, text, and play nice. This is your chance to be a part of the conversation, engage with the speakers and each other, and make a real difference in the world of work.

Event Agenda

5:00 to 5:50 pm – Doors Open, Event Registration, Networking and of course some appetizers

5:50 to 6:00 pm – Event introductions with Meighen Nehme, President and C.E.O. of The Job Shoppe

6:00 to 6:45 pm – Featured Speakers, Group One. Each presenter will be given 5 minutes to share their disruptive ideas on how to move our collective thinking forward when it comes to all things talent.

6:45 to 7:15 pm – Intermission with some sweet treats and Networking

7:15 to 8:00 pm – Featured Speakers Group Two

8:00 to 8:30 pm – Speaker Fireside Chat, Final Networking and Event Wrap-Up
