When chaos hits, I look to take back control, and fast. For 20 years, my form of control involved hammering through issues while carrying the heavy weight of anxiety and insecurity. This approach allowed me to continue to achieve but left me feeling exhausted and unfulfilled. At 45 years old, I broke that cycle and began my journey to empowerment – to having my own back no matter what.
