EPICentre Connect For: Holiday Swap

Get ready to swap till you drop! Are you looking for a sustainable, budget-friendly way to “shop” for friends and family this holiday season? Join us for our next Connect For networking event, where we’re inviting attendees to shop the swap!

How does it work?
Students, faculty, and community members are invited to drop off a minimum of 1 (maximum of 5) gently used items (clothing, books, home décor, accessories, kitchen ware, school/office supplies, and unopened products) at the EPICentre between Monday, November 27th – Monday, December 4th. Donors will then be given a voucher to return to EPICentre on Thursday, December 7th (4 pm – 6 pm), where we will have all donated items displayed; donors can then take up to 5 items completely free!

Don’t have anything to donate? No problem! Bring in a maximum of 5 non-perishable food items to donate and receive a voucher for each. Each voucher entitles you to one item in our swap. All food items donated will then be given to the UWSA Student Pantry!

Donation Drop-off info:

• Monday, November 27th – Monday, December 4th
• 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
• 2nd floor of the Joyce Entrepreneurship Centre (across from Odette)
• clothing, books, home décor, accessories, kitchen wear, school/office supplies, and unopened products

Swap info:

• Thursday, December 7th, 4 pm – 6 pm
• Each voucher you receive entitles you to one item

If you don’t have anything to donate, please bring in a maximum of 5 non-perishable food items in exchange for swap vouchers
Recommended food donations include: Fresh or canned vegetables (potatoes, peppers, etc), loaves of bread

All unclaimed donations will be donated to the University of Windsor International Student Centre.
