To incorporate or not to incorporate?

That is a question that every entrepreneur or business owner must ask themselves and will be the subject of this upcoming session in our EPIC LAW Series. We will explore a variety of different corporate structures including incorporation, partnerships and sole proprietorships and what steps are necessary to effectively set up each. We will also be discussing the key differences in your legal name vs. your business name. Special guest Joshua Cheifetz, lawyer with Corrent & Macri LLP, will be leading the session.

Joshua Cheifetz is a graduate of the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Canadian American Dual JD Program. Josh specializes in Corporate/Commercial and Tax law and primarily acts for Entrepreneurial companies.
