The Rotman Intercultural Skills Lab partners with the Women Entrepre-neurship Knowledge Hub, which is led by Ryerson’s Diversity Institute to host a panel discussion on how cultural values influence our perceptionsabout career advancement and its impact on creating an inclusive talent pipeline. This webinar will address how various cultures understand
and value performance and potential differently and provide solutions on how they can be addressed. Talent managers will learn strategies for encouraging talent mobility and creating an inclusive retention culture, and individual contributors will learn some tips and tools to help them communicate the value they bring to their employer.
