Ignite Your Brand Through Trademark Strategy

This workshop will explore the importance of – and the intersection between – trademarks and branding in business. Deciding whether to register a trademark can prove to be an important part of your business’ IP strategy and properly branding your products or services can complement these objectives. Juris Doctor candidates Klaudia Grabkowska and Zehan Jagosh will demonstrate how this can be particularly helpful for startup companies as well as for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Speaker Bios

Klaudia Grabkowska

Klaudia is a third-year student at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Klaudia has a keen interest in IP law, with a specific focus on Trademarks and Copyright.

Zehan Jagosh

Zehan is a second-year student at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Zehan has broad corporate commercial interests, particularly in the emerging markets and venture capital sphere.
