Victor is a Senior Manager in KPMG. He has extensive experience in assisting public and privately held clients in preparing and defending SR&ED and US R&E claims, as well as other claims government-assisted tax credits and incentives. He has served on engagement teams preparing and defending Software / IT claims for a variety of industries including telecommunications, electric utility, power distribution, automotive, industrial manufacturing, software, aerospace, consumer products, financial institutions, retail, etc.
 
Victor holds a Masters Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Victor has over a decade of experience in the software and IT industry. His Masters research work involved confinement of high-temperature plasmas, parallel processing in high-performance platforms, computer-aided tomography and 3D fluid dynamics modeling.  Victor’s research work has been published in several international research journals
