New Maker Space OPEN HOUSE @ University of Windsor

EPICentre has a brand new maker space for all students and recent graduates for both the University of Windsor and St Clair College to stretch their imagination and creativity muscles. Currently, it is equipped with 3-D printers, a CO2 laser cutter/engraver, and other tools for members to create prototypes, or simply to tinker. Some of our students and staff have also been taking advantage of the Make It and Take It workshop series, which is created to provide members from all filed’s of study and skill levels with the opportunity to work with their hands and build a cool gadget to take home.
The EPIC Makers’ Base, located in the Room 1133 of the Ed Lumley Centre for Engineering Innovation will have it’s grand opening on March 8, 2018 at 9:00 am. But that does not mean you cannot check it out now! Come visit us for a sneak peek Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 pm to 7 pm, and find out what you can do as a member of the EPIC Makers’ Base.
