About the Session:
Do you have all the information you need to make the right management decisions in your business whenever you need it?  Are you utilizing technology properly in order to grow your customer base, improve customer service, reduce your inventories, schedule your work, pay and manage your employees and/or manage your financials?  This session will help you to understand what technologies are out there that can help you stay at the top of your game no matter what your business does or how big it is.  You will hear ways to reduce your overhead and improve your efficiencies utilizing the right software systems and learn best practices in how to select and implement these solutions.  Business owners, managers or those responsible for IT will benefit from this seminar.
About the Speaker:

Trudie Carlesso has worked with computer systems for most of her career.  She started out in Public Accounting setting up client accounting systems and preparing financial statements.  Trudie then moved into industry taking on the role of Controller of a Manufacturing Firm in Waterloo, Ontario for 9 years where she participated in selecting and implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Software system.  This fueled a love for these systems where she spent the next 16 years working in a variety of different business software companies, most of them start ups or new to the Canadian market, where she participated either directly or in a management role in ensuring successful software implementations for over 300 companies across North America.  She is currently the President/Owner of Imperative Solves Inc. where she provides software and marketing services that solve business problems.  Trudie is a Wilfrid Laurier Business Graduate.
