Tuesday, June 24, 2014
1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Owning a business means there will be times that factors outside of your control will influence the day to day operations of your business. During those times it’s important to think strategically about how to survive during the transition and more importantly how to thrive in the future!
As a follow up to our February sessions in Leamington, the WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation and Small Business Centre will focus on two of the topics, expanding on the information in order to build on basics discussed in February.
There has never been a better time to learn about the resources and options available to assist business owners during times of transition. Join us for this free, half day of business and sales planning information workshop designed to provide you with the tools you need to continue to be successful in the years to come.
Who Should Attend?
These sessions are tailored to small business owners or managers whose company may be impacted by the Heinz closure in Leamington. This half day session will consist of two (2) workshops addressing the common challenges facing small business owners: business planning, and expanding your customer base.
