Reskilling Workshop Introduction to HTML/CSS

Do you live in Ontario & are you considering a career in web development? 3 hours (1.5 hours instruction, 1.5 hours hands on coding)
Are you considering a career in web development? Black Boys Code is pleased to partner with Lighthouse Labs to launch a technology bootcamp for Black men and women in Ontario to learn the skills required to begin careers as web developers.
If you identify as a Black Youth in Ontario, aged 18-29, and are interested in gaining a career in coding, then this is for you!
Step 1:
Participants must first attend a free Introduction to HTML/CSS workshop.
By the end of this workshop, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of HTML/CSS, and you will build a basic web page!
Step 2:
Upon displaying technical aptitude and dedication, some students will be invited to go through an assessment process for the bootcamp. This process will include an application form and interviews. If selected, students will be admitted into the 12-week web development bootcamp where they will be subject to intense full-days of problem solving using coding.

Eligibility: Open only for residents of ONTARIO, between the ages of 18 – 29
