Session One – Create traffic, interest and revenue for your business!
Is your website up and running, but not bringing in the business you had hoped for?  If you haven’t put in the work to optimize your website it probably will not perform well in search engines and therefore, you may never be found without a direct link from your business card.  If you don’t know where to start with optimizing your website and refreshing your content; attend this seminar and get off to a great start!
Jim Beretta, Executive Director of HalTech Innovation Centre, Halton’s own Regional Innovation Centre.  Using “customer attraction” methods, Jim advises large and samll companies , on marketing, search engine optimization and search engine marketing techniques on the web, and how to rank high in the search engine results.  Jim explains how driving traffic to your website is a key strategy to capture new clients, generate interest and increase revenues in today’s competitive business environment.
Session Two – What’s your story?  Writing content for the web.  
What can you do to cut through the noise and get people to notice what you have to say?  The answer is through CONTENT. Social media rewards interesting ideas.  What is your audience most interested in?  Find out what that is and then create compelling stories that feed you audience and generate loyal followers.
Kim Hutchinson, Writer +Filmmaker, Editor, is a former major market television producer, a product storyteller and content creator.  She creates video and film scripts, websites, advertising, marketing communications, and she writes, edits and designs business books and e-books.  Her work in advertising, branding and marketing has received nearly twenty creative awards.  On the web, she’s written sites and videos for all kinds of companies, from Hewlett Packard Canada to start-ups.
