How does creating an equitable, diverse and inclusive environment contribute to the health and success of your business?
Join us on May 20 for an interactive workshop with Equity Connections Inc. to learn about the impact implicit bias has on your business and what sustainable strategies you can implement to build a more inclusive business environment. Equity Connections Inc. provides research-based and action-oriented professional development that address how implicit bias informs organizational beliefs, structures and practices.
This interactive conference will be hosted on Remo and will feature learning sessions, each including a breakout session for further learning and discussion. Topics will include implicit bias and its effect on your business, how to create a more inclusive business environment and why your business needs you to develop a personal connection to equity, diversity and inclusion.

About the Presenters:
Charles Kissi, Equity Connections Inc.
Charles Kissi holds a Master of Education with a focus on Educational Administration and Leadership and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. He has 10 years of policing experience and 15 years of professional coaching and leadership experience. He is also a speaker, mentor and teacher.
Cherilyn Scobie Edwards, Equity Connections Inc.
Cherilyn Scobie Edwards holds a Master of Education with a focus on Educational Administration and Leadership. She is known for her strong ability to remove barriers which hinder individuals and groups. She has over 20 years of experience as a certified teacher, school administrator, motivational speaker and leadership coach.
Dr. Denise Armstrong, Equity Connections Inc.
Dr. Denise Armstrong is a Professor of Educational Administration and Leadership who has worked in education for four decades both in Canada and internationally. Her books, research projects, training and consulting are deeply rooted in equity, diversity, inclusion, micropolitics, and social justice.
