This presentation will discuss the every day life of a career professional working in Cyber Security. During the session, we will discuss the skillsets required to enter the field and talk about different paths including defensive security, offensive security, security auditing, and more.

Over 25 years of experience working with enterprise, government, school district, non profit, and private sector technology systems. Have obtained PCI – QSA, GIAC / GSEC Certifications Very in-tune with OWASP, SANS, PCI, SOC, NIST standards. Mitigating Risk via SANS 20 Critical Controls Recent training in ISACA – CISA SANS – Network Penetration and Ethical Hacking SANS – Application Testing and Ethical Hacking OFFENSIVE-SECURITY – Penetration Testing with KALI InfoSec Institute’s CISSP Program PCI-QSA
