WEST welcomes its leaders, staff, participants, and community supporters to build their own understanding of abuse and restorative practices plus, experience a taste of the new Stay Well, Work Well Women’s Circle program kicking off in July, and we will be bringing to local women this summer.

This virtual launch event features interviews, a seminar, and restorative yoga practices. Join us as we dive deep into meaningful conversations with renowned women authors, counsellors and teachers including, Patricia Evans and Dr. Gail Parker, Venus Olla and Dianne Bondy. Please dress comfortably and ensure you have pillows and a thick blanket or bolster for the practice. Every participant will also chance to win books written by some of these celebrated authors, too.
