Join Enactus and Pathway to Potential for our exciting new project, Windsor SOUP. Soon to be a regular event, Windsor SOUP is a microgranting dinner which helps to fund creative projects in Windsor. The aim is to encourage people to start self-sustaining ventures with a social or community-driven purpose. The event will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Walkerville Brewery. With a donation of $5, attendees receive soup, salad and a vote. Creative individuals will present their projects to an audience who can vote on the one that they feel is the most promising. The venture with the most votes will receive the donations received throughout the evening. The event involves eating, connecting with community members, and sharing resources. At the end of the night, the votes are counted and the winner receives funding to assist them in moving their idea forward. Windsor SOUP aims to bring the community together through powerful, creative ideas and discussions that will help make our city a better place to live and work in.
