Welcome to Women Driving the Smart Mobility Revolution, an International Women’s Week event hosted by Area X.O operated by Invest Ottawa and Women in Automotive Tech (Silicon Valley), in partnership with MDK Business Law
Join us for inspiration and actionable insight from women leading in smart mobility who are:
- Championing groundbreaking innovations, strategies and investments
- Leading courageously during challenging times…launching new startups, research networks, global collaborations, smart city and climate change solutions
- Driving diversity, inclusion and equity in the global CAV landscape by empowering women leaders from every walk of life
These leaders will:
- Share their expertise and stimulate provocative dialogue on the current state of smart mobility; key opportunities, challenges, big ideas and seismic events (including the pandemic), evolving markets and investment trends
- Explore the key needs, priorities and gaps facing this sector; this includes the need to build a strong, diverse and inclusive pipeline of current and future women leaders for this sector spanning technology, business, investment and policy
- Discuss strategies to attract, develop and retain more women from every walk of life in smart mobility, and increase the overall competitiveness of this sector
