Women’s Coding Day

The Women’s Coding day is a special morning that aims to encourage women to explore coding and step into the shoes of a Web Developer.

By joining this workshop, you’ll learn how to build your first landing page using HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles. 

We’ll cover:

• HTML and CSS basics
• Web design principles
• CSS Grid
• Responsive Design
• Github basics so you can publish your landing page 

A hands-on approach

This workshop will start with a 1-hour lecture to introduce the core concepts with lots of live coding. You will then be onboarded on the Le Wagon e-learning platform where you can access the slides, a sum-up of key notions as well as exercises and quizzes. The remaining time will be dedicated to practice. Our teaching team will be there to answer your questions and guide you in your learning.

  Participants will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.

There is no technical prerequisite, this is a workshop for beginners! However, spots are limited to keep the experience interactive. Participants will be selected based on their motivation.
