Your Guide to NDA’s and IP Agreements

In this session, we will be going over a variety of topics to support you and your business when it comes to NDA’s and other IP agreements. We will cover a variety of topics including some of the most common IP agreements you may run into when operating your business, what NDA’s are and how they can be utilized to further business goals, as well as covering some important sections using an example NDA so that you have an idea of what to look for in the future. This session will also cover NDA’s from a social standpoint including the strategy of giving or receiving and NDA.

Speaker Bios

Gurwinder Bansal
is a second-year student at Windsor Law. He has a broad interest in entrepreneurship, with experience in real estate and construction.

Nicola Woods
is a second-year student in the single JD program at Windsor Law. She has an undergraduate degree in Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and has a passion for all things entrepreneurship and small business-related!

Joshua Vetere
is a second-year student in the single JD program at Windsor Law. He has experience working as an in-house legal student for a large international company and is interested in business law, litigation, and Intellectual property.
