As a UX/UI Designer at iDream Interactive, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and highly functional apps & websites that provide exceptional user experiences. You will work collaboratively with our design and development teams to turn concepts into reality.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Advanced knowledge in Photoshop, Figma or XD is a must.
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with front-end development technologies is a plus.
A bachelor's degree/diploma in UX/UI Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Web/App Design: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively. Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing.
- Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and consistent interface designs aligning with the brand and product goals. Pay attention to details such as typography, colour schemes, and iconography.
- User Experience (UX): Focusing on enhancing the user experience by creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that seamlessly guide visitors through the app/website.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product/project managers, back-end developers, and other team members, to gather requirements and ensure design coherence throughout the development process.
- Testing: Conduct a thorough review of designs once implemented to ensure consistency.
- Innovation: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and creative ideas to the team. Bring innovative ideas and concepts to the team to elevate the overall design standards.
- User Research: Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Translate insights into design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.
Two-five years experience as a designer.
