On April 19th, Deloitte presented an update on the recently tabled 2012 Federal Budget and the affect it will have on businesses, both large and small, including the proposed changes to the SR&ED program, the main source of innovation funding from the Canadian government. Implications of the changes to the SR&ED program were detailed and some strategies around these changes were noted.
