Cook Start is a free, 7-week program that begins March 1st and aims to help individuals take their food business idea and make it a reality. Through one-on-one education and use of an industrial kitchen, Cook Start mentors will teach business concepts that are relevant to starting a food business. Subjects such as marketing, operations management, and product development will be covered throughout the program. Each of the subjects will be given more or less focus, depending on each participant’s unique business needs. In addition, participants will be given access to an industrial kitchen in order to work with a chef who will help perfect their recipes.

Enactus Windsor hopes to launch the program on March 1st, 2014. Those who are interested are encouraged to contact Enactus Windsor as soon as possible!
