Hot Desk – $95 (+hst)

This includes access to the Accelerator Hot Desk area and use of the common areas Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. They have to bring their own computers, but have access to the wireless system and phones in the hot desk area. They get 4 hours of meeting room space per month.

Open Office – $375 (+hst)

Clients get an open office, with a chair, an IMac computer and their own phone and phone line. Clients get a fob and have access to the building 24/7. They also receive 8 hours of meeting room space and 200 free copies per month.

Shared Open Office – $200 (+hst)

This option allows two businesses to share one open office. They will share all the amenities of the open office, including sharing the meeting room space and number of copies. The clients get separate fobs (which they have to purchase) and access to the building 24/7.

Single Office –$570 (+hst)

This is a closed office that provides clients with one desk, one chair, one IMac computer and one phone. The clients have a fob and access to the building 24/7. They also receive 8 hours of meeting room space and 200 free copies per month.

Double Office – $780 (+hst)

The double office includes 2 desks, two chairs, two IMac computers and two phones. The clients also have access to 8 hours of boardroom space and 8 hours of meeting room space. They have access to 200 free copies per computer.
