The Board of Directors of WEtech Alliance are happy to announce Yvonne Pilon, Vice President, has been appointed as the Interim President.

Pilon joined WEtech Alliance in 2010 as Director of Programs and Communications, leading WEtech’s extensive roster of entrepreneurial programming and marketing efforts. In 2013, she was promoted to Vice President. In this newly-created position, Pilon provided leadership and oversight to WEtech’s internal operations and functions, including strategic planning and partnerships, team leadership and program design and delivery.

“Yvonne’s history with WEtech Alliance, extensive leadership experience, and connections throughout the community will serve her well as Interim President,” said Chair of the Board of Directors, Frank Abbruzzese. “Our organization is in great hands as we continue working through this leadership transition.”

WEtech’s Board of Directors is implementing a transitional plan, which includes appointing Pilon as Interim President. The board will be appointing a search committee to explore all options and make recommendations to the board, which will continue leading the transition process.
