Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce After Business: Join the Chamber upstairs in the North and East Gallery at Willistead Manor for the final After Business of 2014 on December 18th from 5-7pm.. Willistead Manor is a 36-room mansion that sits within a 15-acre park. Built in 1906, the Manor was briefly the home of Edward Chandler Walker and his wife, Mary.
