Unconquered Sun Solar Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of USST by Sarnia based Bluewater Power Corporation.

This acquisition marks the first time a renewable energy company has been acquired by a public utility in the Province of Ontario, and speaks to the success of Unconquered Sun Solar Technologies and the company’s reputation for innovation within the renewable energy industry.

Unconquered Sun Solar Technologies Inc. will retain company Founder Sean Moore as Director of Operations.

The move represents the backing of a well established, respected and renowned Utility Co. for Unconquered Sun – as well as access to Bluewater Power Corporation’s budding portfolio of renewable energy projects, heralding healthy reciprocal growth for both companies. The move has already resulted in the creation of 5 new full time positions at Unconquered Sun and the company expects to hire another 5 to 10 additional employees by April 2015.
