OCE is now accepting applications for an exciting program that provides training to support the development of Ontario’s social entrepreneurs and enterprises.
The Ontario Social Impact Voucher (OSIV) Pilot Program is geared towards pre-launch, early stage start-up social enterprises and entrepreneurs. It provides a range of training geared towards helping social enterprises build a foundation for a successful venture. Training includes, but is not limited to, fundraising, measuring impacts, delivery of impact measurement tools and business development.
Managed by Ontario Centres of Excellence on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Development, Employment and Infrastructure (MEDEI), the OSIV Pilot Program provides vouchers to social enterprises and entrepreneurs through five approved Social Enterprise Training Organizations (SETOs):
MaRS Centre for Impact Investing (MCII)
HUB Ottawa
Community Innovation Lab (Co-iLab)
Centre for Social Innovation (CSI)
Social Assessments Measurements Inc. (SAM)
