The Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that nominations for the 26th Annual Business Excellence Awards are now open until Friday, October 2, 2015.

Twelve awards will be presented and award winners will be announced on April 27, 2016 at the Business Excellence Awards. This year a new award category will be presented, Pillars of our Community. This award recognizes a registered not-for-profit organization, philanthropic organization, or person that has made an outstanding contribution to the social, cultural or economic well-being of the Greater Windsor-Essex Area. This nominee positively impacted the community, and demonstrated best business practices. In addition their business mission/objective/goals of the organization reflect a community need which has a clearly defined strategic plan.

Other Award Categories include: Small Company of the Year, Mid -Size Company of the Year, Large Company of the Year, International Business Award, New Business of the Year, Innovation Award, Professional of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Young Professional of the Year, and Tourism & Hospitality Award. Also included in the awards ceremony are the recipients of the Believe Windsor Essex and ATHENA Award.
