Sirved Mobile Solutions Inc. specializes in custom mobile app development for Android and IOS operating systems for the Windsor restaurant and hospitality industry. The Sirved App, which is available for both apple and android smartphones/ tablets, has numerous features and customizable options that make it the perfect e-commerce tool for any hospitality, retail or sports and entertainment business. From preliminary consultation, application design, a final implementation as well as ongoing support, Sirved creates a highly efficient and scalable platform that will meet the challenges of an ever-changing business world.

Along with our Sirved app that was just launched, Sirved Mobile Solutions Inc. also provides custom mobile application development and mobile implementation consulting. We can provide, design, develop and implement mobile technology in many different types of businesses.
Anything new and exciting happening within your company?
The product we recently completed and launched is a free mobile app called ”Sirved” (available in the App Store and Google Play Store) which allows the end user (Windsorites) to use the free app on their mobile IOS or Android device to browse, order and pay for food in a few simple steps at participating local restaurants. The restaurants will receive the order through the app using our custom developed Restaurant Administrator software. For the end user (Windsorites) Sirved works like this:
1) Download the “Sirved” app
2) Find a restaurant
3) Order and pay from your mobile device
4) Enjoy your meal
We are continually updating our platform to make it more user-friendly and add new and exciting features to make Sirved more sophisticated than our competition.
We are also in contact with other sports and entertainment facilities discussing custom mobile platforms to facilitate ordering at their venues.
How did you come up with your company name?
There is no real explanation when we came up with the app name “Sirved” and the company name “Sirved Mobile Solutions” other than the catchy play on words “Sir you have been Served”… we simply combined the two to create “Sirved”.
What tech gadget or resource (i.e. blog, magazine, online tool, app, Youtube video, etc) has played a role in growing your company?
Salesforce has really been a great tool for us. It is a customer relationship management software that you can use on your desktop, tablet or mobile. It is a great tool for for our sales team to organize leads. It allows us to plan strategic growth while never neglecting a lead or client with its automated updates and notifications. The software also stores notes about particular clients that allows the sales team to keep up with the small details relevant to each specific client. Overall, it is a user-friendly and awesome platform to keep all your relevant sales data organized and up to date.
