In a follow-up to our Do Good, Make Money event with StopGap Foundation, we’re giving away 2 custom StopGap ramps.

Physical barriers in our “built environment” prevent many of us from enjoying some of the amazing buildings and spaces that our cities and communities have to offer.

StopGap Foundation’s goal is to create a world where every person can access every space. The Ramp Project has been successful at highlighting how a simple ramp can make life easier for everyone. Parents pushing strollers, couriers using dollies to handle heavy packages and people using mobility aids all benefit from a barrier free storefront. The project has also proved to business owners that they are able to increase their customer base by providing a storefront that everyone can enter and exit.

The brightly coloured ramps do not present a perfect solution to the problem however they do get people talking about the much bigger issue of inclusivity and accessibility for all.
