The Ontario Scale-Up Vouchers Program is a four-year, $32.4-million initiative funded by Ontario’s Ministry of Economic Development and Growth and the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Science, and delivered through MaRS, Communitech and Invest Ottawa.

Ontario-based firms in technology- or innovation-intensive industries earning $1 million to $50 million in annual revenue that meet the following criteria are candidates for this program:

• Already experiencing a 20% annual growth rate in revenue, sales or employment (for the most recent financial year); and/or
• Have secured private investment of at least $2 million in the previous two years
