We’re thrilled to share that Estare Inc., a Windsor-based dual-purpose innovation company, has been selected to join the inaugural cohort of AC:RevLab, a new revenue-focused accelerator led by the Accelerator Centre in Waterloo.
AC:RevLab is a first-of-its-kind program designed to help early-stage companies build scalable, revenue-first growth strategies. Delivered in partnership with Communitech and supported by the Government of Canada through FedDev Ontario, the program supports 33 high-potential startups from across Ontario. Participating companies gain access to hands-on support from sales and revenue experts, tailored mentorship, and tools like HubSpot to help build customer pipelines, validate their go-to-market strategies, and ultimately scale revenue.
Estare designs and manufactures breakthrough industrial products—including PackSeries+, a modular frame system engineered to outperform steel in logistics. But Estare doesn’t stop there. They also help others innovate by offering custom design, prototyping, and engineering services that turn bold ideas into scalable solutions. Grounded in industrial expertise and driven by innovation, Estare is building the future of efficiency, adaptability, and sustainability.

Estare is one of the twelve WEtech Alliance-supported companies in Cohort 3 of the Government of Canada-supported i.d.e.a Fund that helps Southern Ontario-based companies commercialize solutions that put people and the planet first.
“Throughout the i.d.e.a. Fund program, Estare consistently demonstrated strong commitment and drive in growing their business,” says Susy Kustra, Manager of Programs and Client Experience at WEtech Alliance. “They made excellent use of the expert mentorship and funding available, leveraging every opportunity to propel their progress. We’re excited to see how they continue to scale and create impact through the AC:RevLab program.”
This exciting announcement marks another big step for Windsor’s growing innovation ecosystem and reflects the region’s strong pipeline of startups that are ready to scale.
