FREEThe world of manufacturing is undergoing a major shift in how products are designed, prototyped, and built. One of the key technologies driving this shift is 3D printing & scanning. With the support of partners and The University of Windsor, WEtech is bringing the topic of 3D Printing to the forefront in Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent.
In this session a panel of experts from Industry, University of Windsor and the 3D Printing Community will introduce you to Rapid Prototyping technology and discuss what the future of 3D printing & scanning holds. Learn about what technologies and materials are being used today and more importantly, tomorrow.
The event aims at raising awareness of 3D Printing & Scanning and introducing concepts and strategies for Rapid Prototyping:
– The importance and strategic use of 3D Printing/Scanning;
– The process from Idea to Prototype to Production; and
– Useful resources and tips.
The future of manufacturing is already around the corner!
