The Leadership Windsor/Essex 40 Leaders Under 40 Awards are new to Windsor-Essex, and recognize 40 civic-minded community leaders who have demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to Windsor-Essex County by selflessly undertaking goodwill activities and/or providing community service for the betterment of the region.  The public is welcome to attend this event.
