Carol has been working in the area of Human Resources and Organizational Development since 1987.  She holds her BA in Human Resources and is a graduate of Planned Change Internship in Ann Arbour, Michigan and the Coaches Training Institute in Ran Rafael, California.  She assists individuals and organizations who wish to reach their full potential.
