(Toronto, ON) – The producers of the CBC’s hit TV show The Big Decision as well as Boston Pizza owner & TV star Jim Treliving invite the press to meet Canada’s next great innovator.
Ross Rawlings of Radix is a tech inventor who has pioneered a tracking system for the manufacturing sector. His inventions and solutions technology are used by some of the biggest companies in the world like General Motors, Toyota and John Deere. But a tough economy and a lack of funding has put his big dreams on hold, until now.
Radix is currently a participant on The Big Decision and on Monday July 23 at 11:00am, Radix will be hosting a product launch for their new vision based camera system, Tool Tracker. The system is guided by cameras that monitor and report any errors being made in a company’s manufacturing system. Tool Tracker is approved for use by the Ford Motor Company and on Monday it will make its grand debut.
The product launch will be filmed by CBC Television as part of The Big Decision at the Bloor Hot Docs Cinema located at 506 Bloor St. West in Toronto.
Available for interview are Jim Treliving and the Radix ownership team – husband and wife Ross Rawlings and Shelley Fellows and business partner Nick Dimitrov. Reporters must RSVP for one-on-one interviews with Mr. Treliving.
Founded in 1994, Windsor, Ontario based Radix specializes in advanced technology solutions for industrial applications and automation. In 2007, Radix was recognized by PROFIT magazine’s annual ranking of Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies. Radix Controls has a patent pending for Tool Tracker.
