About Career Focus
Career Focus provides funding for employers and organizations to create career-related work experiences for post-secondary graduates. The program is part of the Youth Employment Strategy, a horizontal initiative involving eleven federal departments and agencies. Career Focus helps post-secondary graduates gain advanced employability skills and facilitates their transition into the labour market. The projects are delivered at the local, regional, and national levels. Who Can Apply: Businesses, Organizations (including not-for-profit), Public health and educational institutions, Band or tribal councils, Aboriginal organizations, and Municipal governments.
