The Consulate General of Canada, Detroit and General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) are pleased to announce our second Innovation Day on January 29, 2014 at the General Dynamics Maneuver Collaboration Center (mc2 ) in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Client companies are invited to apply for the opportunity to join us for this exciting half-day session. The agenda will include presentations by GDLS and Government of Canada partners, a tour of the facilities, and a networking luncheon with project engineers.
Prior to the Innovation Day, GDLS technical leads will review the applications. The Maneuver Collaboration Center will evaluate applications regarding client capabilities in the following three target areas:
* Mobility, Power and Energy Drive-By-Wire
* Subsystem Development and High Bandwidth Deterministic Networks
* Autonomous Systems; small compact platforms suitable adaption to Robotic operations
Additionally, General Dynamics Land Systems will select up to 50 applicants to attend the general sessions and an informal networking lunch with GDLS technical staff. Limited tabletop display space will be available on approval by GDLS.
